Wadhurst Medical Groups Pharmacy Team – Nigel Howard (Clinical Pharmacist), Jonathan Seggie (Clinical Pharmacist) and Jenny Taylor (Pharmacy Technician) – Clinical pharmacists work alongside the general practice team, in a patient facing role, to clinically assess and treat patients using their expert knowledge of medicines.
They work with patients with chronic diseases and undertake structured medication reviews to proactively manage people with complex polypharmacy, especially the elderly, people in care homes and those with multiple comorbidities.
