Important Information – New Patient Electronic Clinical System
We will be moving to a new clinical system on 19th September 2024. This means we will be limited in what services we can provide to you from 9th September 2024 until 30th September 2024.
This change will help us to integrate our record keeping with other NHS organisations, so we can provide better, safer care for you. It will also offer you the chance to manage more of your own care online.
Your confidentiality will continue to be strictly protected and your consent will be sought before any information is shared.
