Repeat prescriptions

Click here to order your repeat prescription online

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by completing the right-hand section of your previous prescription form and either:

At Wadhurst and Ticehurst the prescription will automatically be sent to the local pharmacy for collection, unless you request otherwise.

Please allow 48 hours for this.

Using Patient Access to order your repeat prescriptions

We now use the Patient Access system for ordering repeat medication online.

Please note that the system has now been updated to allow proxy access to allow the ordering of another patient’s medication on their behalf. Please ask at Reception if this may be useful for you (if you are a parent / guardian or carer) and they will give you a copy of the paperwork required.

Please note that you may have previously been able to request acute prescriptions which do not now show on the Patient Access system. Due to NHS regulations patients can only request Repeat Prescription medication online and acute medication needs to be requested via your GP. If you cannot see all the previous medication you received on the Patient Access system please email the surgery.

If you experience problems with this service please contact the surgery receptionists.
