Over 30,000 people have registered for the NHS Jewish BRCA Testing Programme which offers gene testing for individuals aged 18 and above, who have at least one Jewish grandparent.
Those identified with a BRCA mutation are referred to their regional genetic centres for cancer-risk management and screening.
The programme closes to new registrations on 31 October 2025.
