Aged 75 years and older
Residents in care homes for older people
Aged 18 years and over with a weakened immune system
While GP surgeries are partially funded by NHS England, to recruit and retain staff and to continue improving and developing their services, they also need to generate additional income, for example through vaccination programmes. By booking your COVID-19 booster with us therefore, you’re supporting us to maintain and develop our services, so we can enhance patient care and continue to meet local healthcare needs.
Appointments with our Pharmacists Jonathan and Nigel will be available at Belmont Surgery on Wednesday 15th April and Friday 17th April. Those patients who have consented for us to contact them by mobile phone, will receive a text message containing a booking link within the coming days. Appointments can also be booked by phoning the surgery on 01892 783888 or walking into the surgery.
We are hopeful that our care home residents and housebound patients will be vaccinated during week commencing 20th April or 27th April. Exact dates will be dependent on vaccine delivery.
