Pharmacies can no longer re-order your medication for you. However, you can re-order it in the following ways (listed by preference):
1. Via the NHS app
2. By visiting our website at https://www.wadhurstmedicalgroup.co.uk/…/repeat… and ordering via Patient Access
3. By emailing us at sxicb-esx.belmontprescriptions@nhs.net
4. Via other approved apps e.g. myGP, Healthera
5. By leaving a written repeat prescription request in one of our surgery letter boxes or handing it to one of our reception team
If you can’t order by any of the above methods and don’t have a family member, friend or carer who is able to support you with this, please contact us on 01892 783888.
This only affects the ordering of your prescription. Your pharmacy will continue to collect, receive and deliver your prescription as normal.
