The NHS Sussex Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service is closing.
From Friday 29 September 2023, Wadhurst Medical Group will be taking over responsibility for your repeat prescriptions. After this date you will not be able to order repeat prescriptions using the POD telephone service.
Instead, repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:
- On the NHS app or by logging into your NHS account at www.nhs.uk
- Online via our website using Patient Access
- By emailing sxicb-esx.belmontprescriptions@nhs.net
- By completing the right-hand section of your previous prescription form and posting in through the surgery letterbox (Ticehurst or Belmont).
- Coming into the surgery, completing a repeat prescription form and handing it in at reception (Ticehurst or Belmont).
