IMPORTANT PATIENT UPDATE
Phase 2 of Belmont Surgery's building works commences today, which means that the reception area will be inaccessible for the next 5-6 weeks.
We have created a new pop-up reception in one of our clinical rooms (Room 5), which patients will need to access by entering the middle door (past the bins), turning right and following the corridor signs.
However this temporary reception area it is significantly smaller than our normal reception area, so we are asking patients to adhere to the following requests:
• Please only come to Belmont Surgery if you have an appointment booked.
• Unless medically or physically necessary, please do not bring anyone to your appointment with you.
• Please do not arrive for your appointment more than a couple of minutes early.
• After your appointment, please do not return to the pop-up reception - we are asking our clinicians not to send patients back to reception to book appointments.
• Please do not go to Belmont surgery to enquire about blood test results, they will not be able to provide this information for you in the pop-up reception. If you require a print out of your results, please visit us at
Ticehurst Surgery where we will be happy to provide this for you. Alternatively, please phone us after 2pm.
• If you are asked to collect anything from the surgery (e.g. specimen bottle, private work), you will be asked to collect it from Ticehurst Surgery.
Thank you in advance for your patience during the building works.
